1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Floxv service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Floxv ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

2. Description of Service

Floxv is a digital content aggregation and media interface solution. We provide access credentials that allow users to connect to third-party media management interfaces. Floxv does not host, store, upload, transmit, or manage any media files, video content, or audiovisual content. All content accessible through our credentials is sourced from, and hosted by, independent third-party providers over which Floxv has no control.

By using the Service, you acknowledge that Floxv functions as a technology intermediary and not as a content provider.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. Account & Credentials

Upon activation, you will receive unique access credentials (username, password, and server URL). You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Not share your credentials with any unauthorized third party
• Not resell, sublicense, or redistribute your access credentials
• Notify us immediately via WhatsApp if you suspect unauthorized use of your account
• Use the Service only on the number of devices permitted by your plan

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Engage in any activity that violates applicable local, state, national, or international law
• Redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit the Service or your access credentials
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or circumvent any technical measures of the Service
• Use the Service for any fraudulent, misleading, or harmful purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy will result in immediate termination of your account without refund.

6. Payment & Billing

All fees are stated in United States Dollars (USD) and are due at the time of activation. Payments are processed via methods agreed upon via WhatsApp. All sales are final unless covered by our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time; such changes will not affect currently active subscriptions.

7. Service Availability & Uptime

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime. However, the Service may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and shall not be liable for any damages resulting from downtime. In cases of extended outages directly attributable to Floxv's infrastructure, we may at our discretion extend your subscription period.

8. Intellectual Property

The Floxv name, logo, website design, and all original content on floxv.com are the intellectual property of Floxv and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FLOXV SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
