What You Need for the Best Experience
Internet Speed
HD streaming: 10 Mbps minimum. 4K Ultra HD: 25 Mbps minimum. For multiple devices simultaneously, multiply accordingly.
Connection Type
Ethernet is always preferred for stability. If using Wi-Fi, use the 5GHz band and keep the device within 15 feet of your router.
Device RAM
Minimum 1GB RAM for HD streams. 2GB+ recommended for 4K and smooth EPG (program guide) loading.
