We stand behind our Service. If it doesn't work on your setup, we will fix it or refund you.
1. Our Commitment
We are committed to providing a high-quality service. Before requesting a refund, we strongly encourage you to contact us via WhatsApp so our technical team can resolve any issues. The vast majority of problems are quickly resolved with guided troubleshooting โ often within minutes.
2. 24-Hour Satisfaction Guarantee (First-Time Purchases)
For first-time customers, we offer a 24-hour satisfaction guarantee subject to the following conditions:
- You must contact us via WhatsApp within 24 hours of your initial activation
- You must allow our support team the opportunity to troubleshoot and resolve the issue
- A refund will be issued if the Service is proven to be non-functional on your specific compatible device and our team is unable to resolve the issue
- This guarantee applies to first-time purchases only โ not renewals or upgrades
3. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will NOT be issued in the following situations:
- You changed your mind after activation and the Service is functioning correctly
- You did not contact support before requesting a refund
- The issue is related to your internet connection speed or network setup (not our Service)
- You are using an incompatible or unsupported device not listed on our Compatibility page
- The 24-hour window has passed since initial activation
- Your account was terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service
- You have already used the 24-hour guarantee on a previous purchase
- Lifetime plan purchases (due to the nature of one-time permanent access โ we will always work to resolve any technical issues)
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, follow these steps:
- Step 1: Message us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of activation
- Step 2: Describe the issue you're experiencing in detail (device type, error message, what you've already tried)
- Step 3: Allow our team to troubleshoot the issue with you (this typically takes 5โ30 minutes)
- Step 4: If the issue cannot be resolved, we will process your refund via the same payment method used for purchase

5. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 3โ7 business days. The time for the funds to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution.
6. Service Credits
In cases where a full refund is not applicable (e.g., partial service disruption after the 24-hour window), we may offer a service credit extension at our discretion. This means we add additional days to your subscription to compensate for any verified downtime directly attributable to Floxv's infrastructure.
7. Cancellation
All Floxv plans are one-time purchases โ there are no automatic renewals. Your service simply expires at the end of your chosen period. You are never automatically charged. To stop using the Service, simply do not renew. There is no cancellation form or process required.
8. Plan Upgrades
If you wish to upgrade from a shorter plan to a longer one before your current plan expires, message us on WhatsApp. We can apply a prorated credit from your remaining balance toward the upgrade cost in many cases.
